SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

For deliveries within Singapore:

1.  Please allow approximately 3-8 working days for deliveries

In the case of returned mail: 

1.  In cases where your order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be notified via email.
2. We seek your understanding that we will require you to top up the additional amount to cover the cost of mailing it back to you again.

Refunds and exchange:

1. We do not offer refunds at the moment, so do think carefully before committing to a purchase!

For international deliveries: 

1. Please email the list of products you wish to purchase to shepherds.shelf@gmail.com and private arrangements will be made.
